We get it. It’s April. Only a few more weeks until summertime. You want to sit back, relax, and not have any worries. And you definitely don’t want to work!

Practically every student feels this way after spring break and before summer. But this time of year is super important! You need to end the school year on a positive note! This is why the She is Fierce team chose the power of persistence as our theme for this month!

With this theme, we chose a quote by Woody Hayes:

“Paralyze resistance with persistence.”

Don’t give up at the end of the year! Your body might resist, but you have to persist! Keep up your work ethic! This month, we will talk about what persistence is, things to keep you going, the importance of ending the year off strong, and much more. This month of April, make a goal to persist!
