Welcoming Rachel to the She is Fierce Team!

My great friend, Rachel, is joining the She is Fierce team! I met Rachel on the first day of high school, and we have been friends ever since. Rachel loves to read, and her favorite series is the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. Rachel is also a cheerleader and aspires to go into biochemistry and genetics.
Rachel is motivated by… her family, friends, and her teachers.
She is inspired by… Simone Biles, a gymnast on the US Olympics team, because of her positive attitude. She loves that Simone is always smiling.
Her hype song… is “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen.
If she could give any advice to young girls… Rachel would say to always keep a smile on your face and stay positive. You can always turn the situation around and make it better.
One life lesson that she will never forget… is that you have to fail a few times in order to grow and learn.
